I remember you used to come into the Phone Store on Bear St and chat with Michelle and I for hours, drink the coffee and generally warm up when it was a bit too cold to wander about in the Streets. Dumping your pack, skis and boots on the floor and then playing with the dog! That was back when you would ski the chutes at night (do you still do that?) for the Rimrock guests.
We manged to score you a pair of FRS radios from Telus.
Being chased by “something”, finding an old cabin, all the stories you shared with us while we were trying to work! We loved it.
Thanks for making OUR work day more bearable
Keep doing what you do! I am grateful for having met you and for being able to keep updated on what you are doing.
Hey Larry – not so much “crazy” more “inspirational Larry”.
Thank you for the moments of support during the recent and last 🙁 Transrockies TR7.
Your shouts of encouragement and general enthusiasm for life will remain with me for many years.
Keep up the great work.
I met Larry for the first time at Aardvarks, an intensely happy guy with plenty of energy and even more stories.
Over the years I’ve seen him at a number of events inspiring others to reach for the next level.
One time running back and forth in the main tent in display of support for those riding the 24hours of Adrenaline .
He is without a doubt one of the great ones. I’m glad to have you around Larry your amazing.
Was great to meet you at the Gran Fondo check in last nite on my volunteer shift. I love your spirit and your natural gift of making everyone feel happy, especially the kids!
